Choristers, Musical Friends, and/or lovers of the True, Good, and Beautiful:

Tonight Sacred Heart is hosting His Majesty’s Men, a wonderful men’s quintet from Chicago. They’re singing a choral meditation from 5:30-6:30 featuring the music of Byrd, DuFay, Busto, and some new compositions–and at 7pm, they’re singing the magnificent Byrd Mass for Five Voices at the 7pm Solemn High Mass. This might be the highest caliber group to ever grace our doorstep (but they certainly won’t be the last—more on that tonight, as well!).

It will be a righteous evening. A happy Assumption to all of you.
