REMINDERS THIS WEEKEND: Join us for a celebration of the Feast of All Saints on Sunday, October 31, 4-7pm. Dinner in Cebelak Hall at 5pm. Hot dogs provided by the Knights of Columbus. Every family is asked to bring 1-2 LARGE side dishes to share. Games in the gym following. Dress as your favorite Saint. Prizes for the best dressed Saint. Every child goes home with a bag of candy. Volunteers needed! Sign up here to help with games, set-up, and cleanup.

A plenary indulgence under the usual conditions may be obtained once each day November 1-8 by praying for the dead in a cemetery. A plenary indulgence may be obtained by praying the Creed and an Our Father for the dead on November 2 in a church. These plenary indulgences are applicable only to the souls in Purgatory. After the 7pm Mass on All Souls, Nov. 2, Fr. Ron will be holding a Q&A on the Requiem Mass in Cebelak Hall.

Join us on Wednesday, November 12 at Sacred Heart for the next Authenticum Lecture!We will welcome world renowned Architect Dr. Duncan Stroik, founding editor of Sacred Architecture Journal, and Professor of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame. The title of his lecture is: When Heaven Meets Earth: On the Revival of Sacred Art and Architecture. DUNCAN G. STROIK is a practicing architect, author, and Professor of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame. His award-winning work includes Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity Chapel in California, the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Tampa, and Christ Chapel at Hillsdale College. A frequent lecturer on sacred architecture and the classical tradition, Stroik has authored The Church Building as a Sacred Place: Beauty, Transcendence and the Eternal. Mr. Stroik is an inaugural member of the Society for Catholic Liturgy and founding editor of Sacred Architecture Journal. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Yale University School of Architecture. Lecture is held in Sacred Heart's Cebelak Hall.
