TONIGHT at 6:30 pm in the Sacred Heart Parish Gym. Dr. Bradley Birzer the Russell Amos Kirk Chair in History at Hillsdale College will present our next Authenticum lecture which is titled: ECCO HOMO: Catholic Humanism in the thought of Cather, Dawson, and Kirk.

Dr. Birzer is also the co-founder of, and Senior Contributor at, The Imaginative Conservative and Fellow of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Dr. Birzer is author of In Defense of Andrew Jackson (Regnery, 2018), Russell Kirk: American Conservative, American Cicero: The Life of Charles Carroll, Sanctifying the World: The Augustinian Life and Mind of Christopher Dawson, J.R.R. Tolkien’s Sanctifying Myth: Understanding Middle-Earth, co-editor of The American Democrat and Other Political Writings by James Fenimore Cooper, and co-author of The American West.

This is a lecture you won’t want to miss. There will be copies of past Authenticum lectures available at the event, or you can access them online below. All adults of every age are invited. If you give it to them, they will compromise your email and use your email to perpetuate their scam.
