Volunteer Ministers of Holy Communion Needed at Mercy Health

Mercy Health Saint Mary’s: Volunteer ministers of Holy Communion are needed to distribute Holy Communion to Catholic patients. Holy Communion is distributed 7 days per week. Ministers of Holy Communion, who are currently serving in their parish, and are able to serve a minimum of two hours per week as a volunteer, are asked to contact Monica Tyler, chaplain, at tylermo@mercyhealth.com or 616-685-6359.

Dear Friends,

It has been very edifying to see our Masses fill up so quickly. We opened up another 20+ spots per Mass this morning which will bring some of our Masses to capacity. Please know that while we can't guarantee you get into the Mass of your choice please know that Father Sirico and I are committed to everyone getting into Mass. At least for a few weeks please be flexible as we priests are trying to be. If you can't reserve a spot on the "Sign-up Genius" PLEASE DO email or call the office ASAP to get on the waiting list for the Mass of your choice. Again as Fr. Sirico and I said in the virtual town hall meetings we are committed to ensuring that everyone can get into a Mass, so the sooner we get you on the waiting list the sooner we can let you know how we can accommodate you and make plans to so so.

Joyful awaiting the Spirit of Peace,

Fr. Ron

PS: you can reach Mrs. Hiske in the office quickly by email at ahiske@sacredheartgr.org
